About

Following a vacation in Costa Rica, I fell in love with the place and decided to put down roots — purchasing and developing my own property there. Having lived in many countries throughout my life, I'm naturally comfortable connecting across cultures and a wide range of social contexts, which made embedding myself in Costa Rica straightforward.

Access to opportunities

Over the last four years, I've spent half the year in Costa Rica building the relationships that make this portfolio possible. Speaking Spanish fluently — without accent, grew up in Spain — provides access to local circles typically closed to foreigners.

Most opportunities are off-market, many with exclusive representation. Deal flow stays clean and straightforward.

From generational land held by local families to property owned by longtime foreign residents ready to move on — each an opportunity worth the conversation.

Institutional access and process expertise

Projects move efficiently. No surprises. No files sitting in a drawer. All of it facilitated by relationships across government, national institutions, municipalities, and key regulatory bodies, including MINAE and SETENA. Familiarity with every step of what a development project requires - permits, approvals, environmental processes - does the rest.

Vetted network of local operators

Operating in Costa Rica has enabled me to identify capable, reliable operators across the full investment lifecycle. I've built a vetted network able to support every stage of a real estate development project. I can connect you with the right people at any stage.
